Request for proposals, «Pacte rural»
The Pacte Rural of the MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent is a financial support measure that allows local initiatives to be developed, and to encourage projects deemed valuable by the regional population.
In the Haut-Saint-Laurent, the projects which are chosen for funding must benefit the region and must be directly related to the objectives outlined in the Pacte rural and the CLD du Haut-Saint-Laurent’s PALÉE (plan d’action local pour l’économie et l’emploi) 2012-2014.
